Our Varsity Cross Country team did great at the Mideast Regional Meet in Cary on Saturday! Both teams had excellent results, despite the midday temperatures for the 12 and 12:30 race times. Almost every runner had a personal record and others performed admirably.
Only the top 4 teams, or top 7 runners not placed in a top 4 team, qualify to advance to the state finals. Neither team qualified to advance to the states (Men -17th place, Women -6th), but they did have two female runners to advance. Alexis Vander Poppen (15th) and Katie Mann (17th) will participate in the state meet next weekend in Kernersville. Congrats, Bulldogs and good luck in Kernersville!!

We have two events happening tonight, so to help minimize parking lot traffic/crowding, we are asking those coming for the Italy/Greece 2025 interest meeting to park in the Woody Parking Lot behind the school. Those who are attending the Volleyball tournament should park in the front parking lot.
